Administration

PDC provides a professional administration service for promoting and maintaining customer extranets and Internet sites.

PDC have a first class working relationship with many large organisations, and have relevant experience of managing projects from small to large.

We are very confident of managing projects successfully with our clients as a team.

We provide a secretariat service to manage networks and projects on behalf of customers. The secretariat will:

  • Be the primary point of contact (by email, phone, fax and post).
  • Collate project and contact information and maintain the database.
  • Transfer information to the website and extranet.
  • Produce documents, spreadsheets and presentations from information supplied against agreed project milestones and objectives.
  • Collect project data and status information from the Project Managers on a regular basis
  • Organise the office and filing system and ensuring its continued effective operation
  • Resource media, stationary and related items as needed.
  • Organise meetings, liase with hosts and attend when required.
